All orders are insured during shipment until delivery or pickup. You (or the designated recipient) must sign for the delivery, which serves as proof that the order has been completed and responsibility for the goods has been transferred to you.
If the recipient is not the original purchaser (e.g., for gifts), their signature is deemed your acceptance of delivery. The Company may update its delivery policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
7. Returns & Refunds
We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase;

To process a return, please complete the return form included with your order and ship it back with the item(s). If you lose the form, contact our customer service to request a copy via email.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
