2.3 Signing Instructions

  • When placing an order, provide a valid delivery address and contact number where you (or an authorized person) can sign for the package.
  • On-Site Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the package for intact outer packaging, correct item quantity (matching your order details), and complete supporting documents (e.g., shopping list) before signing. Do not sign for packages if the outer seal is damaged or torn—you have the right to refuse acceptance.
  • Authorized Signatory: If you cannot sign in person, entrust a third party to do so, and ensure they follow the above inspection requirements. Couriers are only responsible for delivering to the specified address; any individual at the address (e.g., receptionist) may sign, and we cannot guarantee delivery to a specific person.
  • Order Modifications: For security reasons, orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Please double-check your address and phone number when placing an order.
  • Unclaimed Orders: Orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete information will be held by the courier for 5 business days. We will notify you via email—please reply or contact customer service within this period. Unresponded orders will be returned to our warehouse, and a full refund will be processed.
