Return & Exchange Policy
The Company offers a 7-day return/exchange service for eligible products, calculated from the date you actually receive the goods.
You may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt if the product meets one of the following conditions:
- The product has inherent quality defects;
- The product is damaged during transportation;
- Incorrect delivery (e.g., the received product does not match the ordered item), provided the product is unused and suitable for secondary sale.
The 7-day no-reason return policy does not apply to the following scenarios:
- Custom-made or personalized products;
- Products that have been used (electronic products are deemed "used" once powered on);
- Products with worn appearance, functional parts, or accessories;
- Lost or severely damaged product packaging (excluding normal unpacking) that affects secondary sales;
- Products unsuitable for return due to their nature, which you confirmed at the time of purchase;
- Other cases where the product is not in original condition and cannot be resold.
- Apply within 7 days of receipt, ensuring the product is unused and suitable for secondary sale.
- Send an email to the after-sales service center to submit your request.
- After-sales customer service will respond within 1–3 business days.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

- After-sales customer service will review and approve your request within 1–3 business days.
- The Company will bear all return shipping costs.
- Arrange return shipment directly with the courier company within 7 days of receipt.
- Once the courier confirms delivery of the returned product to us, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be completed within 15 business days.
When submitting your return/exchange request (via email or 24/7 online customer service), please provide the following details:
- Order number
- Full name
- Contact phone number
